Goodest measures aggregate use without analytics cookies or personal profiles.

Cookieless analytics

We use a small first-party system to understand page visits, navigation, search terms, referrals, and actions such as opening an original source or successfully copying CSS, Tailwind, or React. We also count successful Skill install-command copies and resource URL copies. These events record the resource identifier, not the copied command or URL. Copy events record the format, not the copied code. The system does not place analytics cookies or store IP addresses. Each browser tab gets a random session identifier that expires when the tab closes and cannot follow you across sites.

Public counts

The Impressions number on an open post and Profile views on a designer profile count anonymous page opens. They do not identify who viewed the page. Raw event rows are retained for 90 days, then only daily aggregate totals remain.

What we do not do

We do not sell personal data, run behavioural advertising, use session replay, or identify anonymous visitors. Because this analytics setup does not store cookies on your device, Goodest does not show an analytics cookie banner. We also honour Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control.
